The Lakers won the powerful wing gate, but will he encounter huge trouble when he and Fan Debiao are on the court at the same time?

In this year's NBA Draft, the Los Angeles Lakers completed two consecutive trades. They first gave out the 55th draw and cash in the second round, and got the 45th draw from the Chicago Bulls. Then they sent the second round No. 45 and cash they just received to the Minnesota Timberwolves, and got the second round No. 36 from the Timberwolves. In the end, the Lakers used this second round to select Adou Thiero, a senior three player from the University of Arkansas.

Tiro was born in May 2004 and is a 20-year-old player with outstanding physical talent and athletic ability. According to data from the previous joint trial physical test, Tiro's bare feet were 198.8cm, his wingspan was 213.4cm, his standing height was 265.4cm, and his weight was 99.1kg. In this year's NCAA, Tyro, who transferred from the University of Kentucky to the University of Arkansas, made a total of 27 appearances, averaging 27.5 minutes per game, averaging 15.1 points, 5.8 rebounds (1.8 frontcourt rebounds), 1.9 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.7 blocks, and 1.7 turnovers and 2.6 fouls. He shot 54.5% from the field (5.1/9.4), 25.6% from three-pointers (0.4/1.6), and 68.6% from free throws (4.4/6.5).

From the perspective of characteristics, Tyro has a strong impact on the offensive end. He can score through breakthroughs and inside damage, and his finishing ability at the basket is also good. Tyro's defensive ability is also very good. His personal defensive ability is quite good, he has a high defensive aggressiveness, and is a potential defensive gate. Tyro can play a role in both offense and defense, but his outside shooting stability is obviously insufficient, and his playing style also requires more ball rights. His shortcomings in outside shooting will also lead to problems in the team in terms of space. These points are a bit worrying. His playing style combined with his pick may not be quite consistent with most teams.

From the Lakers' perspective, Tyro's arrival can certainly provide enough competitiveness to the team's second team, but on the other hand, Tyro's performance in outside shooting is still slightly worse. Given that the Lakers also have a player without shooting ability like Jarred Vanderbilt on the bench, Tyro and him may have had more trouble if they were on the court at the same time. Let's see if the Lakers will have some other operations. Although Tyro is very distinctive, has high competitiveness and good maturity, the team may indeed need to make some tactical inclinations for him. I don’t know how the Lakers will do it next.
