Morant
In the first round of the playoffs, the Grizzlies lost to the Thunder 108-114 at home, Morant was fouled by Dortmund in a fast break, fell to the ground and injured and left the field.
Then Morant missed the next G4 due to a hip contusion, and the Grizzlies were swept out by the Thunder.
Butler
G2 in the first round, the Warriors lost to the Rockets 94-109 away. Butler tripped by Amen Thompson when he grabbed a rebound in the first quarter of the game, and then missed the G3 of the series due to a deep muscle contusion in the pelvic hip.
However, this injury did not miss Butler for too long, and the latter made a comeback in the G4 of the series.
Lillard
Lillard suffered a deep vein thrombosis in his right calf at the end of March, recovered in less than a month, and returned in G2 against the Pacers in the first round of the playoffs; but in the Bucks lost to the Pacers 103-129 at home, Lillard fell to the ground without any confrontation when breaking through, covering his position of the Achilles tendon; he was diagnosed with a torn left Achilles tendon after the game.
Lillard has successfully undergone left Achilles tendon repair surgery and is expected to miss the entire 2025-26 season.
James
In the first round of the G5 Lakers lost to the Timberwolves 96-103 at home, James collided with Divincenzo, causing a second-degree sprain in the medial collateral ligament on the left knee.
It was reported at the time that James needed 3-5 weeks of recovery time.
Garland
Due to a sprained left foot big toe, Cavaliers point guard Garland was absent from the first round of G3. He did not return with an injury until G3 against the Pacers in the second round, but the Cavaliers' total score is currently 1-3 behind the Pacers.
Mobley
Due to a sprained left ankle, Mobley did not play against the Pacers' G2 in the second round. The Cavaliers were reversed by the Pacers at home when they were 20 points ahead of their opponents. Halliburton won the final goal at a critical moment to help the team win another away game; Mobley then completed his comeback in G3.
Mitchell
In the second round against the Pacers, Mitchell accidentally injured during midfield shooting training and missed the second half of the G4.
Mitchell was diagnosed with a recurrence of ankle injury after the game. Currently, his appearance in G5 is suspected.
Curry
In the first quarter of the second round of the G1 Warriors defeating the Timberwolves 99-88 away, Curry felt a little uncomfortable after making a three-pointer and landing, so he returned to the locker room early to check and exit the game.
After the G1 game, the Warriors officially announced that Curry suffered a left hamstring strain and there is still no specific return schedule.
Edwards
In the second round, the Timberwolves defeated the Warriors' G2 117-93 at home. Edwards was stepped on his ankle by TJD after a layup in the second quarter and was helped to leave the field.
However, Edwards returned in time in the second half to help the team beat the Warriors at home.
Downs
In the second round, the Knicks lost to the Celtics' G3 93-115 at home. Towns suffered a hand injury in the game. Then he said something to the bench. According to the lip styling on the scene, he said: "I broke it."
However, Towns still insisted on playing the entire game and also attended today's G4.
Tatum
Today, the Celtics lost to the Knicks 113-121 away. Tatum fell to the ground without any confrontation at the last moment, covering his right ankle/Achilles tendon and rolling in pain on the ground. After the game, Tatum left the venue in a wheelchair in the player's lane; medical experts said Tatum might have suffered a torn Achilles tendon.
