On October 31, the NBA regular season San Antonio Spurs played against the Heat at home. Wenbanyama led the Spurs with a 15-point lead in the first three quarters with his outstanding performance. Wenbanyama was fouled and made two free throws to maintain a 6-point advantage. The Heat were unable to complete the comeback, and in the end the Spurs narrowly defeated the Heat and won five consecutive games.
