NBA s first-ever FMVP rankings: Alexander fault leads, is Siakam the most underrated?

With the opening of the NBA Finals Longsheng, the ownership of FMVP has become a hot topic that has attracted much attention. Although the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers' Finals battle is about to sound the horn, the NBA official website has launched the latest FMVP rankings, with Alexander and Halliburton leading the list without any suspense, while Xinke's Eastern Conference Finals MVP Siakam only ranked fourth.

1. Shea Gilgers Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder)

Playoff average data: 29.8 points, 6.9 assists, 1.6 steals

Alexander is the first player in NBA history to win both the regular season MVP and the division final MVP in a single season. He led the Thunder to win 68 wins in the regular season and continued his rapid progress and won the Western Conference with his devastating performance in the playoffs. It is worth noting that Alexander averaged 39 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists in the two games against the Pacers in the regular season, with a shooting percentage of up to 55.6%, which is also the key reason for leading the FMVP rankings.

If Alexander can win the FMVP as he wishes, he will win the honors of regular season MVP, division final MVP, final MVP, championship, scoring champion, first team of the year and All-Star starter, and truly achieve a single-season honor Grand Slam.

2. Teresa Halliburton (Indiana Pacers)

Playoff average: 18.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 9.8 assists

Halliburton averaged only 11 points, 3 rebounds, 5.5 assists per game in the two games against the Thunder in the regular season, and only received 2 free throws in total, lacking sufficient offensive threat and aggressiveness. But Halliburton is an obvious big-scene player. He has contributed 4 finals this season, tying the single playoff winning/score record held by Ray Allen.

Although Halliburton failed to win the Eastern Conference Finals MVP, as the star, he is still the Pacers' biggest reliance in the finals. When Harry's magic suddenly shines in Indianapolis, can the Pacers win the first championship in the team as they wish?

3. Chet Holmegren (Oklahoma City Thunder)

Playoff average data: 16.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2 blocks

Holmegren made rapid progress in the playoffs with an evolutionary posture, and his performance in each round of the series will improve. His defensive coverage, assisted sweeping ability and inside rim protection performance are the key factors for whether the Thunder can win the Western Conference. In the finals, facing the Pacers who are good at attacking poverty and defending, Holmegren's defense will continue to play an important value, and he can limit the Pacers' arbitrary strong offensive points without any difference.

4. Pascal Siakam (Indiana Pacers)

Playoff average data: 21.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists

Although Siakam beat Halliburton to be elected as the MVP in the Eastern Conference Finals, Siakam is actually the Pacers' most stable player in the Eastern Conference Finals and even this year's playoffs. He can always stand up and save the team when his teammates are in a sluggish state. Just like when Halliburton was in a cold game in the second game of the Eastern Conference Finals, he scored 39 points to set a new high in his personal playoff career and tied the visiting team player who was held by team history Reggie Miller, the highest single-game score record in the division finals in Madison Square.

5. Jaylen Williams (Oklahoma City Thunder)

Playoff average: 20.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists

As a Thunder deputy attacker, Jayway's performance in the finals may be no less than anyone else. He can continue to provide value to the team on both offense and defense, and his excellent misaligned defensive ability will also affect the direction of the championship in the finals. If Alexander feels incorrectly in the finals, Jewish can also take over the team's offense and become the team's scoring arrow.
