Are you excited about participating in the first Club World Cup?

—This is a brand new event, which can be called the Super Club World Cup. The best teams in the world will compete here, both the club and I personally look forward to it.

- I think this will be very spectacular. I think this will be similar to the national team World Cup, and the whole country will be enthusiastically involved in this event by the end, and I believe it will be a huge success.

We have fought with Pachuca and Salzburg this year and have already gained experience. We are very much looking forward to the first game against Riyadh Crescent on the 18th.

What are your goals in the United States?

—Real Madrid's goal is always to win, which is very clear. We will do our best to win this championship and hope to write history and become the first team to win the New World Cup.

- This is very important to me. Continuing to make history in this club and keep winning championships is my goal, and I focus on helping the team and achieving these goals.

Major League Soccer (MLS) and playing in the United States have always attracted you.

- Yes, I said in an interview before that if one day I no longer play for Real Madrid, or if we jointly decide that I won't go on, I want to try a non-European league and MLS is one of them.

This season is tough for you due to injury at the beginning of the season and a long absence. In the Club World Cup, you have a chance to end the season with victory—it is true, injuries keep me away from the field for a long time. From the beginning I saw it as a challenge – working to compete in the Club World Cup at its best. In fact, I am in very good shape now. Which past idol do you want to play a game with and why?

- I really hope to play with Raul. He is my idol since childhood and a member of the national team. I think he has created a brilliant history in the club. I really want to play football with him.
