Ceferin: UEFA will not support the European Super League because of its low inclusivity

What is your stance on the European Super League project?

"Enduring value only comes from unity, balance and reforms that make everyone stronger, not just a few. UEFA will never organize a competition with only 12 clubs because it wants to remain inclusive and keep the dream alive. Together with the European Football Club Association, we will ensure that our club football is inclusive and that everyone has a chance to win the top competition."

Glenn Micallef, the European Commissioner for Intergenerational Equity, Youth, Culture and Sports, praised UEFA’s stance against the European Super League and the move of domestic competitions overseas at the meeting.
