September 26 The Daily Star reported that 27-year-old former women's football athlete and WWE Development League actress Jasmin Nix recently announced on social media that she will withdraw from the wrestling industry and will no longer renew her contract with WWE.
Nix made it clear in the video that the decision to leave was entirely due to personal financial reasons. She said bluntly: "The contract they provided to me for the next three years cannot meet my requirements financially." She also refuted fans' speculation that she had an annual salary of up to $80,000 to $150,000, implying that the real income is much lower than that.
Jasmin Nix served as a winger for Icelandic women's football team UMFAfturelding, and was signed by WWE's development league NXT in November 2022.
