June 20th, after Arnold's Real Madrid debut ceremony, he was interviewed by RMPlaySessions.

How was your debut ceremony going?

Arnold: "So far, everything is good. To me, very excited. I have been dreaming about this day, so what happened today is very special."

Why did you decide to take this challenge and join this club?

Arnold: "I have always respected this club, and I have always respected the honors everyone has won, everyone's mentality and desire for victory. The success of the club is very difficult to ignore. Then I reached a stage in my career, and I felt it was time to accept a different challenge. This opportunity came and it was hard to refuse."

When someone told you that Real Madrid was interested in you, what was that moment like?

Arnold: "This is an important moment. It's a very, very rare thing. It's an incredible thing. Of course, the team will be interested in you, and then it depends on whether the transfer will happen, and now we're sitting here, it proves that this is really happening to me."

What has your teammate Bellingham told you about this club?

Arnold: "He just said how good it is, he said how good the weather is in Madrid. He talked about a lot of good aspects here. He said the fans, citizens, staff, players, everyone around him was great. The environment was very good, and the lifestyle. You can play and show yourself, and everything is great as a Real Madrid player. He loved it. I have seen him get better since he joined. So hopefully, I can have the same experience."

In the past few decades, Real Madrid has had several legendary full-backs. What do you think about following in their footsteps?

Arnold: "I think every player is different, every player has a different style. But there are some players that I admire very much. Marcelo is one of them, his offense, his influence in the game. I felt his outstanding performance when he was against him in the game, I felt how good he was as a player, and I always admire him."

"But I hope I can copy the success that some full-backs have achieved, win some important trophys, succeed, and become an important part of the club's brilliant history. That's what I hope to be remembered here."

As a football player, how would you describe yourself?

Arnold: "Creative, excited, hardworking, good mentality, desire for victory. This may be a return I would say."

Now you are going to participate in the new Club World Cup, how do you feel?

Arnold: "I'm very excited! I think every team and person participating in the competition will be very excited. This is a new competition, something new to look forward to. I'm very excited, and for me, it's the best way to start. I like competition, I like to compete for trophies, so for me, it's the best way to start this journey, to strive to win a trophy. And the Club World Cup is close to you, which is a better thing."
