German media: Düsseldorf introduces Israeli striker, but his controversial remarks related to Gaza fail

Although the specific reason was not explained, Bild disclosed that the club's move was a response to Weisman's controversial post, when the player who had completed the physical examination had arrived in Düsseldorf.

The center forward, who played for Israel 33 times, posted several controversial posts after the outbreak of the Gaza War.
