Team Exclusive: Mosquera has quickly integrated into Arsenal’s Spanish-speaking community and he is satisfied with the British food

Hupu, October 31, Sun News Arsenal and team reporter Jordan Davis wrote an exclusive column this week.

Porter's opportunity

Arsenal youth goalkeeper Jack Porter will travel to Qatar with the England U17 national team to participate in the FIFA U17 World Cup.

He was the club's youngest-ever starter - against Bolton Wanderers in last season's Carabao Cup third round - until Max Dowman broke that record against Brighton.

The 17-year-old Porter has been training with Arteta's first team. After two games with the French team at St. George's Park (1-0 win and 2-2 draw), he was selected into Neil Ryan's 21-man roster to travel to the Middle East.

There will be 48 teams participating in Qatar, and England's first game will be against Venezuela next Tuesday.

Brazil home court advantage

Martinelli and Gabriel will feel the comfort of home court during the upcoming international match day, because Brazil will play a friendly match with Senegal at the Emirates Stadium on November 15.

Incredibly, this will be the tenth time Brazil plays at this stadium.

The last time they visited North London was in 2018, when Neymar scored the winning goal and Brazil defeated Uruguay 1-0.

Integrating into the team

Christian Mosquera has integrated far faster than people imagined. The 21-year-old player made his debut in an away game against Liverpool in August and has maintained a stable performance since then.

The highest praise for him is that when he replaced William Saliba, who is currently absent due to injury, there was almost no difference in the team's performance and defensive solidity.

This is partly due to his quick integration into the team and his efforts to establish a good relationship with his teammates.

This was immediately apparent during the summer preseason tour to Singapore and Hong Kong. Within hours of arriving in London after joining from Valencia, he was hanging out in an upmarket shopping center with his Spanish-speaking friends David Raya, Mikel Merino and Gabriel.

Mosquera was most worried about the food, as he had heard many bad reviews about British food while in Spain.

But he revealed: "In Spain, some people say that the food here is not as delicious as Spain, but in fact, I am also very satisfied with the food here!"
