The 2025 Kezuohou Banner "Qianchang Cup" Campus Football League Opens

On May 23, colorful flags were waving on the green field of the Third Primary School in Ganqi, Kezuohou Banner, Tongliao City, and drums and music were noisy. The 2025 Kezuohou Banner "Qianchang Cup" Campus Football League was grandly opened here. 48 teams and 748 football players from 32 primary and secondary schools in the banner gathered together to start this four-day football feast. On May 23, the opening ceremony of the 2025 Kezuohou Banner "Qianchang Cup" Campus Football League was held at the Third Primary School of Ka Town, Ganqi.

This event is sponsored by the People's Government of Kezuohou Banner, hosted by the Banner Education and Sports Bureau and the Education and Sports Development Center, and co-organized by the Banner Football Association. The competition consists of five groups: primary school men's group, primary school women's group, junior high school men's group, junior high school women's group and high school (secondary vocational) men's group. The competition system is adopted for the "group round-robin + cross-elimination match". More than 20 wonderful matches will be held in six venues, including the Third Primary School of Ganqika Town, Kezuohouqi Experimental Primary School, Kezuohouqi Mongolian Experimental Primary School, Kezuohouqi Mongolian Experimental Junior Middle School, Ganqika Third Junior Middle School, Ganqika Fourth Junior Middle School, etc. At the opening ceremony, Zhao Jun, secretary of the Party Group and director of the Banner Education and Sports Bureau, said: "The 'Qiancheng Cup' League has become an important platform for the development of campus football in our banner. The scale of participation has hit a new high this year, fully demonstrating the vigorous development trend of youth football in the banner." On May 23, the young players fought hard on the field.

In order to ensure fairness and justice of the competition, the organizing committee has formulated strict competition rules. All participating athletes must have a formal local academic qualification and pass a strict qualification review. The competition adopts the latest FIFA competition rules and is equipped with a professional referee team.

In recent years, the banner has cultivated a group of young players with both competitive level and sports spirit by creating a good campus football ecology. During the event, in addition to the competition for the championship, runner-up and third place, we will also select honors such as "Best Scorer", "Excellent Organization Award", and "Sports and Morality Award", to inspire more schools to participate in football and promote the in-depth development of the integration of sports and education.
