In dispute, the final decision is owned by Fran Soto, and historical factors will not be considered at this time, but based on current performance.

Another rule that has been gradually abolished since the beginning of the season is the principle of regionality, especially in terms of video assistant referees (VAR). Although this change may eventually be applied to on-site law enforcement, allowing referees to enforce games from teams in the same region or autonomous region, referees are reserved about this.
