In the video, Person takes the bill from the waiter and walks towards Grelish, who is unaware of it, and asks for his signature. After signing the seemingly ordinary paper, the picture cuts to the scene where Person returns the bill to the waiter, with the caption "Great Gallish".

However, the subsequent exposure of the swimming pool photo proved that this was just a short social media spoof video. Person revealed the answer in Swedish, and the subsequent updates also showed that the two had known each other earlier.
